Done, except for the lady (me!) singing.

I finished Icarus last night.

Well over an hour to cast off - about six hundred (600) stitches, but I sooo did not count.

I'm rather sad that it's over. But even pre-blocking, it looks great, if I do say so myself. I'm going to my mom and dad's this weekend - they have lots of room (and no inside kitties to 'help'), so I will block there.

Artsy pictures to follow (if my mom co-operates, and she will). My shoulders will be so happy - the office is freezing right now!

It is sooo beautiful. I think after my socks and my shibori I will be doing a little lacey number.

libbysmom, where are you? I get nothing when I type in your url. Email me at: knitdrinktink at mts dot net.

Have you moved?

Never mind, I found you. Shame on you, changing things and not telling us@

Oh - and libbysmom - I'd love to hear more about your shibori. I'm thinking of making some shibori scarves for people for Christmas. What are you working on? Do you have any tips?

And you, my dear? Where are your artsy pictures???

I posted tonight... I know. It's been crazier than usual. Will probably be like this until the end of September (I adore summer!). There will still be knitting, but mostly socks.
